Please join Savita for a weekend meditation retreat at the Julian Meadow View Inn in Julian, CA.   A unique place surrounded by tranquil meadows and the picturesque Julian mountains, Julian Meadow View Inn, is a perfect sanctuary to dive more deeply into our practice of yoga and meditation.  Nature trails, beautiful gardens, pine trees, birds and wildlife invite us to explore the peacefulness of nature and to reconnect with the silence and sacred within.  Experience early morning meditations just as the meadow wakes up and an enchanting evening under the stars.

In addition to letting nature be our guide, we will explore the different yogic practices, including pranayama (breathwork), asanas (a deeply restorative sequence to open body and mind), periods of silence, guided relaxation, the practice of ancient yoga mudras, sacred sounds, discussion group and more.
